More About Sheri

Sheri served in multiple corporate and nonprofit leadership roles, including Executive Director of two nonprofit organizations, and as a marketing director, membership director and retail manager in the for-profit world. She has witnessed and learned from a wide range of organizational dynamics that have helped organizations succeed and struggle.

As a professional coach and group facilitator, Sheri loves working with, nurturing, and building leaders and their teams to create sustainable organizations through her signature co-creative strategic planning process, and through communications workshops and retreats. She loves to help people get unstuck…whether in their personal lives, or on a professional level.

Sheri Fisher received her M.A. in Transpersonal (Spiritual) Psychology from Atlantic University and her B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) from Colorado State University. She is an executive coach, group facilitator, a certified Enneagram Coach, a yoga teacher, and a writer. She completed extensive life coach training through Coaches Training Institute in 2007, and is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT® 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), an RYT® 500, and as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).

Working With Sheri

One of the most valuable gifts Sheri brings into any coaching session, workshop, retreat, meeting or training is her intuition, which is frequently described as “spot on!” She considers this her Super Power and her guiding light. Combined with her education, her personal and professional experience, and her listening, sensing and communication skills, her coaching style helps you feel understood, heard, accepted, and seen.

Sheri’s approach helps you tap into your intuition; her questions help identify and lead you past your blind spots. She is not a consultant who gives advice or tells you what you need to do. Instead, she helps you tap into your experience and your brilliance to better understand yourself, your team, your strengths and identify your blind spots to make decisions, determine next best steps, and stay accountable, which helps both you and your team successfully move forward. She reminds clients that it isn’t only WHAT you get done, but HOW you get there and the relationships you build along the way.
