SUCCESS STORIES FROM my CLIENTS
My company hired Sheri to help me and our management team to improve our communication and leadership. Sheri really listened, helped me see situations from all perspectives, and helped me improve the way I would communicate with my team. I greatly appreciate all she has done as this has helped me be a better leader and build stronger relationships with my team. I highly recommend working with Sheri!
Sheri was instrumental in helping to coach my staff leadership team. They were able to significantly improve their communication style which allowed for more effective engagement of the staff and team. Improving and maintaining our culture and decreasing turnover was my main goal and this was definitely achieved with Sheri's expert tutelage.
Sheri Fisher played a pivotal facilitator role for the Park City LGBTQ+ task force by demonstrating exceptional dedication and insight. Her expertise was instrumental in guiding the organization's formation, offering invaluable guidance and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Sheri’s ability to unite our team and channel our passion into tangible accomplishments was truly impressive. If you're considering working with her as a professional coach or group facilitator, rest assured that Sheri’s involvement exemplifies the positive impact of such partnerships. Her commitment, expertise, and unwavering support enriched our mission and left an indelible mark on our cause.

Sheri worked with me for about a year to help plan and carry out a strategic planning process with the staff of the National Center for Science Education, the educational non-profit I direct. From my first meetings with her, I was impressed with her ability to quickly grasp what makes our mission trickier than one might think, ask helpful questions, and reflect back to me what she heard. This sounds simple, but it is a rare skill and saves an immense amount of time. Sheri doesn’t begin making suggestions until she has excavated where the real challenges lie.
In addition to taking the time to really understand NCSE’s mission, Sheri also quickly grasped that in an organization of our size—just eight full-time staff at that time—personalities really matter. She was immensely helpful in strategizing how to involve each person in the strategic planning process so that they felt heard and valued while avoiding approaches that might make some people feel insecure, overlooked, or even just that their time was being wasted.
My organization has been fortunate to work with Sheri on multiple occasions. My first directive as Executive Director was to create a new strategic plan. She not only helped me create a strategic plan, but also ensured that each staff member had a voice in the process. Sheri's ability to listen, communicate clearly and manage personalities and various backgrounds allows her to make even the most reserved person open up. Sheri has additionally assisted in staff mediation, focusing on interpersonal communication with both staff and volunteers. We recently utilized Sheri's skills in facilitating a retreat for our leadership team. And, once again, Sheri's attention to detail, flexibility, openness, and intentionality made it a success. I would encourage any organization looking for help to further the advancement of their organization to consider her.
Executive Director, HawkWatch International
My group hired Sheri to help us organize as a grassroots community organization. Her help in getting ourselves organized and in identifying our mission and purpose were invaluable. We are an LGBTQ+ group, and despite not being an LGBTQ+ person Sheri was able to help us organize ourselves into a sustainable structure with systems in place for governance and for community engagement. Interpersonally, Sheri is kind, thoughtful, and insightful and everyone appreciated all that she was able to contribute to our group.

One of Sheri’s greatest strengths is that every time you have a conversation with her, you leave feeling inspired, confident, and equipped with tools to tackle your project; big or small. What’s more, Sheri doesn’t give you advice or instruct, instead, she helps people develop and articulate their own ideas. It’s actually sort of amazing.
Sheri’s unique blend of coaching and facilitation was a critical resource to our coalition’s early formation. She helped our emerging leaders navigate the group’s differing ideas to quickly establish a clear mission statement and strategy for how we operate as a larger team. As we chased novel ideas for baking DEI into our structure, her collaborative process kept our priorities front and center; empowering us to make individual contributions and disagree constructively, so we could collectively achieve better outcomes. We wouldn’t be where we are today without her support.

"Sheri brings a unique and diverse skill set to her work. She listens, absorbs, assimilates and responds with a high level of accuracy with every communication. She is both thoughtful and organized in her inquiry and response. She listens with an open mind and responds with a calm demeanor.
Sheri helped our Director’s team find common ground when discussing organizational challenges and goals. She gave everyone an opportunity to be heard and to feel valued while helping us identify priorities and a successful plan for moving forward. She was instrumental in creating a cohesive team atmosphere that is still felt today.
Sheri is an excellent moderator and a voice of reason in dynamic situations. With her guidance, we gained the skills to function at a higher level of operating and decision-making as a team and as an organization. We would love to partner with Sheri again in the future!
Simply stated, my experience with Sheri was life changing. She used a combination of her
education, Life Coaching experiences and remarkable intuition to take what I considered to be a
series of highly complex business/life decisions and repackage them both analytically and
illustratively into a format that was far less overwhelming. From that point those daunting
decisions, as well as many of the decisions that I have faced since our coaching sessions, have
become wrote. I tend to see life from a different perspective these days which has proven to
be far less toxic, significantly more meaningful and, from a business perspective, far more
profitable. Did I mention that I now know how to enjoy?
